Events scheduled June 11 at Alpharetta High School
The Fulton County Department of Housing and Human Services Office of Housing and Community Development will host a free Foreclosure Prevention Fair in June to help Fulton County residents in danger of losing their homes because they can no longer afford their mortgages.

NACA is meeting homeowners at America’s Mart, 250 Spring St., from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday through Monday. The organization was last in town in June, when an estimated 15,000 people showed up before noon on the first day.

New help for those in South Carolina

More homeowners at risk of foreclosure will qualify for help under an expanded assistance program.

State housing officials Thursday announced adjustments to the six-week-old foreclosure prevention program during a statewide affordable housing forum in Columbia.
